But i am actually relating this to the owner of the condo unit i rented during interns!
This person shows his true personality whenever it comes to MONEY!!!!
Still remember he can talk so politely before we sign the contract....
But guess what had happened after that?
1st incident
when we move in and sign contract...
Before that, he has never mentioned anything about utilities deposit etc...
But on that day itself, after we have signed the contract, he requested RM800 for it...
Big bully la..
2nd incident
Early of November when i called him regarding the rental for that month...
As what we know, the contract would end in this month...
Since we have made deposit earlier on...no payment is needed...
But this idiot has
Luckily we kept a copy of the contract!!!
3rd incident
Now, 4 months after the contract ended, he still do not want to refund the RM800 deposits..
I have been chasing him since December!
Takkan he, who so rich to own a condo, has no RM800 to pay us back!!
Aih!
Really a GOOD experience for me ~
